In August – September, 2012, Jakin collaborated with FHI Ahni to implement HIV/Aids prevention peer education plus strategy in Mainland LG. 107 peer educators were selected and intensively trained. They reached 1,500 youths with HIV/aids prevention message focusing on abstinence. A community awareness using road show was also conducted for the youths.
