Fresh foundation project is a highly subsidized three months basic management skills and computer training institute, which includes a re-orientation programme and basic business management principles training to reform and empower indigent and out-of-school youths in the slums of Lagos state especially Makoko and Iwaya. The first phase of the project provides training in basic computer appreciation skills and the operation of various office automation machines such as photocopiers, printers, binders and scanners while the second phase empowers them with basic business management principles, reorientation, leadership, employability and job search skills. The goal is to literarily transform the beneficiaries into skillful and efficient potential employees/entrepreneurs of businesses and administrative offices. The project kicked off in March, 2013 and has already graduated over 250 participants.
