JAQET as the name implies is a quarterly empowerment training program which commenced in the last quarter of 2013. The initiative is to provide series of free vocational skill, business management, health and business loan accessing trainings to grassroot community members. The first edition held in November 2013, was a three days training on soap making (liquid and bar), disinfectant making, wick making, air freshener making, basic business management, cholera enlightenment and savings training for 63 participants (10 male, 53 female). So far, over 200 beneficiaries have been empowered by the project.
